- Daoist Exercises
- John Ding Form (MDA Foundation Form)
- Settling Exercises

Level: Open to all levels - beginners to Advanced
- An opportunity for practitioners to gain better understanding of these 4 fundamental aspects of Traditional Tai Chi Chuan and hoping to teach Tai Chi for health if they meet the required MDA standard.
- An excellent refresher course for MDA instructors or Advanced level one members
