MDA Advanced Level 1 Part One Course 2021

MDA Advanced Level One Course comprises of two parts. This Part 1 course will focus on the more subtle aspects of the
Traditional Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan shown below, so as to enable you to gain deeper understanding
and insight in the ancient art of Tai Chi Chuan.  Part 2 is a three days course to be held in November 2021

Advanced Level One Part 1 course:
1. John Ding Yeung San Chi Kung
2. Basic Core Exercises sequences and its emphasis
3. Traditional Yang Style (Yin-Yang Concepts)

- corrections, testing of postures & basic application of postures for self-defence.
4. Yang Cheng Fu’s Ten Essential points
5. MDA Settling Breath Exercises

 
This course is for members only with at least 3/4 years Tai Chi experience, wishing either to further their understanding of
Traditional Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan or wanting to qualify as an instructor of MDA.

 Note: This workshop maybe cancelled due to Covid-19 pandemic lockdown restrictions
